In fact, some estimates state that <a href=\"https:\/\/www.hubspot.com\/state-of-marketing\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">76% of companies<\/a> are now using some form of automation to make their business operate more efficiently.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For any business with a busy website, there is one great strategy for automating some processes and increasing customer engagement &#8211; chatbots. But what benefits can they offer your business, and how does a chatbot strategy help increase your customer engagement levels?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-why-chatbots-can-help-increase-engagement-rates-nbsp\">Why chatbots can help increase engagement rates&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Engagement rates, both on your website and across any social media platforms you utilize, really do matter. Multiple customers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>While your human staff are limited in how many customers they can deal with at any one time, there is no such restriction on chatbots. As they\u2019ve inputted their email when joining the live chat, the chatbot can pull order details from your CRM &#8211; saving the customer from typing up all the information that you already have.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-6-language-barriers\">6. Language barriers<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>If you are operating in the global marketplace, language barriers are an inevitability.
