The welcome message is the first message that the chatbot sends to the user who initiates a chat.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Click the&nbsp;<strong>&#8220;Welcome Message&#8221;<\/strong>&nbsp;section. These answers\/intents can be the common questions about your product and service. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The answers section is where you\u2019ve to add all the user\u2019s messages and the chatbot responses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Go to the&nbsp;<strong>\u201cAnswer\u201d<\/strong>&nbsp;section, click <strong>+Add<\/strong>, then give an&nbsp;<strong>\u2018Intent name\u2019<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the&nbsp;<strong>Configure user\u2019s message<\/strong>&nbsp;section \u2013 you need to mention the phrases that you expect from the users that will trigger.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Configure bot\u2019s reply<\/strong>&nbsp;section \u2013 you need to mention the responses (Text or as<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.kommunicate.io\/docs\/message-types\">&nbsp;Rich messages<\/a>) the chatbot will deliver to the users for the particular message.
