How to Integrate Pipedrive with Kommunicate?

  • Open Kommunicate → Integrations → Pipedrive.
  • Get your Pipedrive API key: Pipedrive Profile → Personal Preferences → API; copy the API key and note your subdomain (e.g., yourcompany from https://yourcompany.pipedrive.com).
  • Paste API key + subdomain in the Kommunicate Pipedrive integration fields.
  • Create a Kompose form to collect user details (Name, Phone, Email, etc.). The docs provide a ready JSON for a Name/Phone/Email form with validation.
  • Add an intent for Pipedrive submission and enable Dynamic Messaging → Inline code. Paste the sample code from the docs:
    • Use Axios to create a Person in Pipedrive with name/email/phone.
    • On success, create an Activity (due_date, due_time, location, duration, note) associated with that new person.
    • Replace the placeholder api_token and domain with your own.
  • Train a submit phrase (e.g., “Your information is being sent to our team”) as a trigger, per the docs.
  • Publish & test: Submit the form in chat, confirm the Person and Activity appear in Pipedrive → Activities.
