This is Part 2 of the video series. In this video, we’ll see how to integrate a chatbot with Instagram Business chat.

If you want to learn how to connect an Instagram account to a Facebook page, please watch Part 1. The link is provided in the description.

We are now logged in to our Kommunicate account. If you don’t have an account yet, you can sign up using the link provided in the description.

Let’s proceed to the Integrations tab. Here, you’ll find Instagram.

To integrate your chatbot with your Instagram account, simply click the Integrate button.

Now, it’s time to log in to your Facebook account. Click Log in with Facebook.

Since we are already logged in to our Facebook account, we are being prompted to continue directly. If you are not logged in yet, please log in to continue.

Next, you’ll be asked to give permission to access your Instagram Business account and Facebook account.

In this example, I am choosing all, as I have only one page. This indicates the business that your Instagram application should have access to.

To proceed, click Continue.

Next, you’ll be asked to select the Facebook page that is linked to your Instagram account. Since this is the only page we have, we are selecting the Facebook page connected to our Instagram account.

Click Continue.

You’ll then be asked to confirm your Instagram account. Select your Instagram account and click Continue.

Now, you’ll be asked to review your selections.

In our case, we have selected one business, one Instagram account, and one Facebook page. To access messages, we are choosing both the Instagram account and the Facebook page.

Click Save.

Your Facebook account is now connected to the Instagram app.

Now, you will be redirected to your Kommunicate web dashboard.

Congratulations — your Instagram account is now successfully integrated.

That’s all for this demonstration. You can view customer conversations directly from your Kommunicate dashboard.

Let’s go to Conversations.

Here, you can see the messages that have been sent through Instagram. From here, you can reply to your customers.

For example, you can type:

Hello, how may I assist you today?

The response will reflect on your mobile device.

And that’s how you integrate an Instagram chatbot with Kommunicate.
