Updated on June 23, 2022
In the month of August, we have released some new features and improved the existing features to make your job easier.
Dashboard & Chatwidget
Amazon Lex V2
Now we have added support for Amazon lex V2 in our dashboard.
Go to your dashboard > Bot integrations > Amazon Lex > Lex V2 and follow the instructions.
Kompose webhook improvement
We have added support to train Kompose bots when only the webhook is set up as a response and no text or rich messages. If both webhook and message are not present, then we’ll show an error message, just like we were showing earlier when there was no reply.
Conversation reset intent trigger
We have added a setting to reset the conversation from the chat widget. You will be able to configure which intent to trigger when ‘Reset conversation’ is clicked (welcome intent or any other intent)
FAQ categories
Now you can show your FAQs based on the categories instead of the list, this will provide a smoother experience for your users.
NPM plugin
We have released the NPM live chat plugin. Please give it a try and let us know your thoughts.
