Feature Updates
Helpful / Not Helpful
Now, businesses can collect live feedback from their customers about whether an AI answer was helpful to them.
To enable this feature:
- Select Bot and Go to Bot Settings
- Enable “Collect Bot Feedback.”
Improvements
- Our “Manage Bots” section is now fully responsive and functional on mobile screens.
- We’ve released Bot Intents Analytics for Custom Bots.
- We’ve added the latest Anthropic models to our Bot Integration section.
Bug Fixes
- Our chat widget re-opens if the entered password is wrong, and the page refreshes.
- We’ve fixed the onboarding page UI issue where big document names were causing it to fail.
- We’ve fixed the issue where square brackets were not properly encoded during search API calls triggered during user searches.
