The month of November saw us taking on challenges we had not yet faced before, all with the aim of serving our customers better. Here is a quick update on what we achieved last month.

  1. Sentiment Analysis:Customers can enable the Sentiment Analysis feature for  Dialogflow and can analyze if a particular user interaction had a positive, negative or neutral experience.This will help them understand how effective the bot is.

2. WhatsApp Cloud API file formats increased: Users can now also send Audio or Video files and Stickers and we at Kommunicate will render them on the dashboard. More formats, more functionality and more fun!!

3. Banners in Weekly Reports: Users will now be able to see a banner next to their Chat preview in the Weekly reports, where they will be able to identify if they have not integrated a bot, when the user has enabled a bot, when the user has a bot but the bot is disabled.. Etc etc. Constant improvement, especially to our Analytics, has always been our Mantra.

Coming Soon:

  • Support for all the information contained in pre-chat lead collection (userInfo). This will help in personalization.

Bug fixes:

  • Form template Issue in Small devices | iOS SDK
  • If Button is not added in Card Template, SDK added default button | iOS SDK
  • iOS Firebase crash | ALMessage+Extension.swift line 360 |
