The month of September saw us making a few changes to the product, primarily driven by our desire to do better with every passing day. Here is a quick update on what we achieved last month.
1. Translation to the Spanish language
The onboarding page is available in Spanish for the agent and operator. The Billings page is now available in Spanish for all the roles (agent, operator, admin, and super admin). We are taking baby steps to provide complete language support to all our users.
2. Improvements to Insights
You can now delete an insight or a cluster and add the answer you want us to import to the bot. If an insight is added to a bot, it will not be shown again. This will make the Insights section clean and easier for you to train your bot.
3 . We now support receiving GIFs on iOS
All the customers who wish to send their queries in the form of a GIF now have reason to rejoice. We now support receiving GIFs on iOS devices, also. We are working on capabilities to send GIFs from iOS devices as well, so keep watching this space for more.
