Today we will learn about Totara LMS and AI Chatbot.

Now that you know a bit about us, let’s start with what Totara LMS is.

What is Totara LMS?

Today, we will see how to add an AI Chatbot in Totara.

1. On your dashboard, click on the gear icon as follows:

2. Now, click on “Appearance.”

3. Then, click on “Additional HTML.” It will give you three ways you can add your customized HTML/script. You can add within the header, before the body tag, and after the body tag ends.

4. Since we want to show the chatbot icon at the bottom, add the installation script from Kommunicate in “Before BODY is closed” and save the changes.

To get the installation script, login to your Kommunicate account, and navigate to the install section.

Voila! Your chatbot is now ready!! Now, go to conversation Rules and set the bot to handle all new conversations.
