Today, we are proud to announce our integration with ChatGPT. This integration will allow our customers to include ChatGPT responses within the Kommunicate chatbot. And the best part is that it only takes a toggle to turn on the integration. No long and tedious documentation to activate this feature.
How to integrate Kommunicate bot with ChatGPT
Here’s how to get started:
Step 1: Login to your Kommunicate account. If you don’t have an account, Signup for free today!
Once you are in, click on the Bot Integration icon on the left panel of the screen.
Step 2: Now you can create a new bot or edit your active chatbot by clicking the Go to bot builder button.
Step 3: Click on Settings in the top-right corner of the page.
Step 4: Turn the toggle on for Connect with OpenAI ChatGPT. That’s all!
That’s how much it takes to integrate ChatGPT into your Kommunicate bot.
Please disable the toggle for Small Talk when you turn on ChatGPT.
Now the integration is activated, try it out by going back to your bot builder page and clicking on the Test Bot button.
