The month of June was a big one for all of us folks here at Kommunicate. We launched the Campaign Messaging feature that has been in the works for quite some time now. 

More details about our major product updates here:

1. Campaign Messaging feature : 

The campaign messaging feature allows you to send bulk messages to all your contacts, right from the Kommunicate dashboard that you have fallen in love with. We have recently launched the feature for WhatsApp, with Instagram, Facebook, Viber and Telegram in the works.

2. New Entities while creating Healthcare Chatbot

To help in building and training Healthcare related chatbot, we have added 3 new Entities namely Disease, Body Part and Medicine. Once enabled, Bot will automatically recognize these Entities and you can make use of these Entities to make a Bot flow to enrich Patient Experience.

3. ChatGPT gets a brand new UI

We already had the ChatGPT integration done through the back end, and now, we have given it a fresh new UI. You can use your own API key or Kommunicate’s API key for the integration. To integrate, navigate to Bot integration, and select Open AI.

Bug Fixes:

  •  We have fixed the issue where disposition dropdown was not updating properly.
  • Fixed the issue where Reset Conversation was getting hidden when conversation assigned to Human Agent
  • The issue where Delete All Button was not showing for the message in the Dashboard has been fixed.
  • Fixed the issue where Tooltip in Dashboard Analytics was showing invalid date in Safari browser.

We have fixed the uneven spacing present in pre-chat lead form in Chat Widget

Improvements:

  • We are now supporting the multilingual Zendesk FAQ. i.e if you create a new Bot or a Bot other than your default language and if you have connected Zendesk FAQ to that Bot, we’ll check for the FAQ present in than new language in Zendesk and sync those articles.

The Kompose interface, specifically the "Precios" (Prices) section for the "Spanishh2" bot. It shows the workflow setup with "Step 1: User says" and "Step 2: Bot Says," where training phrases related to pricing can be added. It also displays a preview of the bot's response regarding Zendesk pricing and agent availability.

  • Now, In flow designer, you’ll be able to save the message in Bot says without any error even if there are no training phrases added in User Says for that Intent before
  • We have added support for Dialogflow Environment selection. Now, you will be able to integrate your desired environment with us.

iOS SDK 6.9.3:

  • Added Support for Dropdown Field in Form Template
  • Fixed Template Message bug
  • Added support for FAQ customization

iOS SDK 6.9.2:

  • Exposed a function to show/hide agent online status dynamically.

Android updates:

Android 2.7.2

  • Added support for Custom Input Field
  • We have added Restriction for Start Plan in Android SDK
  • Added team concept in companySettings
  • Fixed a bug in which user Unable to retrieve all conversation list in the agent app(While using the latest SDK).

Android 2.7.3

  • Expose a function to show/hide online, offline,away status of the agent on conversation screen
