Kommunicate Agent App

We just made it easier for your team to manage customer conversations on the go. You can find all your Kommunicate customer conversations from your android phone on the go using Kommunicate Chat, a customer support agent app. Get notified about customer messages, chat with customer and website visitor from anywhere, anytime.

Kommunicate Android SDK

We are bringing the power of cross-platform functionality to your support. We have released our Android SDK to empower your support system on the Android platform. You can customize the SDK according to your own needs and design system.

Bot integration with DialogFlow

You can now easily automate your customer support practices by creating a bot. We have opened our DialogFlow integration so that you can create your own bot to automate mundane tasks. You can create a number of bots such as a lead generation bot or an FAQ bot in DialogFlow and connect with Kommunicate to improve the overall support experience.

Identify Users and Passing Additional Information

Whenever users come to your website, they are assigned with a unique and random ID by default. This behavior is best suited for anonymous users. If your website asks login details from users, pass these details to Kommunicate so that your agents can identify the user while chatting with them to provide a better support experience. Customizable Chat Icon

You can now customize the appearance of Kommunicate chat icon according to what suits the best on your platform.

SquareSpace Integration
