Web App

Channels conversations assignment

Now you can assign conversations based on Channels: Facebook, Whatsapp & Line. You can access the settings on the Conversation Rules Page.

WhatsApp + Dialog360

Whatsapp Integration with Dialog360 is now live. Head over to the Integrations page to request access or write to us at

The further process includes collecting your Dialog360 account details, then we will connect your account to your Whatsapp number from the backend, and then your WhatsApp chatbot will go live.

Kompose Hebrew support

Now we support the Hebrew language in Kompose bot builder. You can set up your bot to interact with users in the Hebrew language.

Bugs & Other updates

  • Fixed a bug where, when an agent send multiple images from the dashboard along with a text message, the text message was displayed multiple times.
  • We fixed a UI issue where the Bot analytics chart dates did not match the filtered date for some time zones.
  • We fixed a bug where agents were allowed to change other teammates roles.
  • Now, the Operator role would have limited access to the Reporting section. They will only be able to view their data.

Chat Widget

  • We have added a setting in the custom payload for form. Now it will allow the display of the form inputs in the chat transcripts.

    You can use the following in the custom payload for form to send the form inputs in the chat transcript:

  • Search results for FAQs in the chat widget will return accurate results now.
  • We fixed a bug where the Pre-chat Lead collection form was triggering multiple times, for a known user.

Mobile SDKs


We’ve released a new version of Kommunicate iOS SDK(6.3.0):

  • Now we support Xcode 13 and iOS 15.
  • Changed minimum deployment target version to iOS 12.
  • Added a password field in the PreChat lead collection view.
  • You can now change the team that is assigned to an existing conversation.

Android SDK

We’ve released a new version of Kommunicate Android SDK(2.2.2):

  • Customization settings: Message Hint text can be changed using ‘EditTextHintText’.
  • Some crash fixes.
