Keep your AI agent’s knowledge current with bulk URL re-syncing, speak to customers in their own language with localized auto-resolve messages and quick reply buttons, and jump straight from your analytics into the conversations behind the numbers.

Here’s everything we shipped in September 2026 at Kommunicate.

New Features

Bulk re-sync for knowledge base URLs

Bulk re-sync in the Kommunicate knowledge base

When your website content changes, your AI agent needs to learn the updated version. Until now, that meant re-syncing each URL one at a time.

You can now select multiple URLs from your knowledge base and re-sync them together in a single click. The URL list also lets you:

  • Filter URLs by status: Active, Training, or Failed
  • Search for a specific URL
  • Delete multiple URLs at once

How to use it

  1. Go to your AI Agent and open Knowledge.
  2. Under URLs, open the list of trained URLs.
  3. Select the URLs you want to update and click Re-sync Selected.

Auto-resolve messages in multiple languages

Localized auto-resolve messages

When a conversation is auto-resolved, the closing message your customer receives can now be shown in their own language.

Add a version of your auto-resolve message for each language you support, and Kommunicate will send the right one based on the user’s language. If no version exists for a user’s language, the default auto-resolve message is used.

How to set it up

  1. Open your auto-resolve settings and choose an auto-resolve rule.
  2. Click + Add a language and select the language.
  3. Enter the message for that language and click Save changes.

Improvements

Localized quick reply buttons in the chat widget

Quick reply buttons shown in the user’s browser language

Quick reply buttons in the chat widget can now display in your customer’s browser language. A visitor whose browser is set to Hindi sees the buttons in Hindi, while an English-language visitor sees them in English.

How to turn it on

Add a title for each language inside your quickReplies configuration. Below is a sample your developer can use as a starting point. Each key under title is a language code (en, hi, es), and message is the text sent to the bot when the button is clicked.

quickReplies: [
  {
    title: {
      en: "Speak with an Agent",
      hi: "एजेंट से बात करें"
    },
    message: "Speak with an Agent"
  },
  {
    title: {
      en: "book demo",
      hi: "डेमो बुक करें",
      es: "Reservar una demostración"
    },
    message: "book demo"
  }

Date and time awareness in AI agent responses

Your AI agent can now reference the current date and time in its responses. This helps it handle time-sensitive questions accurately, such as which applications are still open, whether your team is available right now, or how many days remain until an offer ends.

Real-time interaction for Freshdesk tickets

Kommunicate now supports real-time interaction for Freshdesk tickets, so conversations stay in sync between Kommunicate and Freshdesk as they happen.

Clickable analytics tiles

Metric tiles in the Analytics dashboard are now clickable. Click any tile to go straight to the conversations behind that number, making it faster to move from a trend to the conversations driving it.

Model availability on trial plans

Some advanced AI models are now available only on paid plans. Trial accounts can still choose from a range of models, including Kompose, which automatically picks the best model based on the user’s input.

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where the preview did not work correctly for multilingual bots
  • Fixed an issue where welcome messages appeared in the wrong order in the chat widget
  • Fixed an issue where stray alphanumeric characters were shown to end users in conversations
  • Fixed an issue where an empty message was created when no entities were detected
  • Fixed a translation issue in conversations where the end user switches between multiple languages
  • Strengthened security around conversation tags, profile names, and profile image uploads
