Yeah! Our last product update for 2021. In the month of December, added some new features such as Notes, Shopify, BigCommerce, and WhatsApp read status.
Also updated the existing features to improve your overall experience with Kommunicate.
WebApp
Notes in the Conversation section:
We are now introducing Notes to Kommunicate’s Conversation section. This will give agents the ability to add custom notes within any conversation, and these notes can be seen by all the agents. This feature can be accessed in the right-hand side panel under the ‘Conversation’.
WhatsApp Read status:
Agents can now see if their messages have been read by the user with the help of two blue tick marks, just like they have on the regular WhatsApp app.
BigCommerce launch
Place Kommunicate on your Bigcommerce store without mishap!! Enable visitors to contact you whenever they have a problem or need your assistance. You can also reach out to clients proactively with personalized greetings. With this well-tailored service, you will get higher website engagement, satisfaction rates, and sales.
Shopify plugin
We are also super excited to announce that Kommunicate is now available on the Shopify Marketplace. Shopify customers will be able to add Kommunicate into their store without writing any code.
