In August, we worked on improving the experience around launching a WhatsApp campaign from Kommunicate. You can now track campaign metrics from your dashboard, and segment your audiences with customized filters and data. 

We’ve also improved the customer experience with enhanced markdown format inside our AI chatbots and added new AI models to our platform for the best experience. Let’s dive in!

WhatsApp Campaigns Status Reports on Your Dashboard

You can now check the status of your WhatsApp campaign directly from the Reports section. To cut through the clutter, you can now name your campaigns and download their reports for further analysis. 

Add Custom Columns to Your WhatsApp Campaigns for Advanced Segmentation

You can now add custom columns to your campaign message column to segment your audience. Add columns around payments, subscription status, and other things, and then filter through to segment your audience. 

Our AI Agents Now Answer in Markdown

We’ve improved the way our AI agent answers your customers’ questions. Our AI agents now answer in the markdown format. The links included in the answer will also be colored blue. 

Improvements

  • We’ve improved the WhatsApp Campaign Messaging UI for enhanced data visualization. 
  • We’ve improved the dashboard performance.
  • We’ve added the functionality to directly add more seats for your customer service reps while purchasing the Shopify plan.
  • We’ve updated the AI models on our platform and removed the older ones so you get the best answers possible. 

Bug Fixes

  • We fixed errors that were causing certain features not to load correctly.
  • We stopped an issue where some users could see conversations that weren’t theirs.
  • We made sure greeting messages now work as expected.
  • We fixed a problem where the dashboard was going blank after some time.
  • We corrected the calculation so the bot’s effectiveness score no longer shows negative values.
  • We solved issues with sending attachments on Telegram and Line.
  • We improved the dashboard so it no longer becomes unresponsive.
