In November, we focused on strengthening reliability across your AI workflows, streamlining onboarding, and improving response performance for knowledge-based agents. We’ve refreshed the Extract Entities UI to make training more intuitive, introduced a smoother agent creation experience with updated onboarding steps, and significantly improved response time for generic AI agents.

On the platform side, dashboard performance on the Conversations page has been optimized for speed, and website scraping accuracy has been enhanced for cleaner data extraction. We’ve also resolved key issues across channels and routing to ensure more dependable automation.

Features

New UI for Extract Entities

We’ve redesigned the Extract Entities UI with clear color differentiation for entity keywords. This visual upgrade improves clarity and speeds up agent configuration.

Improvements

  • Product Onboarding – We’ve added a Skip button to the “Create AI Agents” screen, and removed extra spaces from it
  • Latency Improvement – We’ve improved the speed with which our AI agents respond. You will see a noticeable improvement whenever your agents are answering from Knowledge Sources.
  • Website Scraping – We’ve improved our pipeline for website scraping and made it faster and more efficient at scraping pages.
  • Improved Dashboard Performance –  Your dashboard in the Conversations section now loads faster and is more responsive. 

Bug Fixes

  • We’ve fixed a bug where the AI agent was picking up pseudonyms when the real name wasn’t available. 
  • We’ve fixed a bug in Instagram channel-based routing to make your social media customer service better.
  • We’ve fixed an issue where the AI agent would not respond to a question.
