In September, we focused on making launching and managing WhatsApp campaigns in Kommunicate easier. The Gallabox integration now supports complex templates with body, footer, and dynamic content, and a new campaign filter in Conversation Search helps you segment and review outreach more precisely.
We also upgraded the in-widget experience. You can enable Voice Mode for the web SDK directly from Dashboard → Chat widget → Configuration, and you can place multiple widgets on a single page using one app ID. We’ve also refreshed our dashboard’s appearance and fixed many tech bugs. Let’s dive in!

We now support adding multiple widgets on one page under one single app ID. Just follow our standard steps of integration to add multiple widgets to one web page.
Enable Voice Mode in the Chat Widget
Our click-to-speak mode for chat widgets is now easier to use. You can enable it from the web SDK by going to Dashboard → Chat widget → Configuration.
Filter for Campaigns on the Communications Tab
You can now filter for messages and replies to your campaigns under the conversation tab.
