In the month of October, we have added some new features to your favourite customer support tool.
Web App
WhatsApp sends message API. Previous support was to only reply to WhatsApp messages initiated by the user, now using API you can also initiate WhatsApp messages to the users even if the user has never interacted with the company number before.
Kompose
- We’ve moved Kompose to Start plan. You can create upto 25 intents in Start plan. Get Unlimited intents in Grow and higher plan.
Conversation rules
- Added Send & Assign to me button in conversation. You can send message and assign conversation to yourself in one click
Roles
- Introducing Operator Roles and permissions. You can customize access for Operator role permissions as per your requirements. Just go to Settings > Company > Roles & Permissions
Improvements
- Added a preview for Form templates in Kompose
- Intents in Kompose will now get ordered in alphabetic order of Intent names.
Bug
- Welcome message doesn’t trigger when bot handover conversation from one bot to other
- PostBackToBotPlatform not working with lex v2
- Prod Helpcenter stopped due to an error
- Twilio schema error
Mobile SDKs
iOS Agent App
- Support for SSO Login.
- Support for Creating, assigning and removing tags for conversation.
- Fix for a crash while fetching the user status.
- Fix for a crash during updating messages in conversation.
Android SDK
We’ve released a new version of Kommunicate Android SDK(2.2.0):
- Support for Users with Min Sdk 14.
Flutter SDK
We’ve released a new version of Kommunicate Flutter SDK(1.3.1)
- Fix for Pre Chat ViewController Delegate methods.
- Updated the iOS SDK version to 6.3.0.
- Added support for Xcode 13.
