Updated on December 2, 2024
Our product and tech teams have worked hard to create an end-to-end customer support product. Here’s what we’ve been doing for July!
Feature Updates
We’ve been tuning into our customers and have implemented some of the most requested features into our products! Here are the features you should look out for the next time you open Kommunicate:
Track Agent Hours

Now, you can track your agent using the Kommunicate dashboard. You’ll get information on:
- When your agent logs in
- The time your agent was away
- Their total working hours
You can also download the entire report for any time range you select.
Contextual Understanding

Our bot can now understand the context of the conversation and provide personalized answers to your customers.
Our bot can remember and reference past conversations when your customer asks questions. With this capability, our bot can now answer detailed follow-up questions from your users.
Send Location Message Requests on WhatsApp

You can now request location information from your users. So, if your business needs a user’s address for delivery or support, you can directly get the GPS location from WhatsApp.
Improvements
We’re always working to make your experience better when you use Kommunicate. Here are the latest improvements you can get on our product:
- Track Document Training Status: You can now track the progress of your document training; we’ll refresh the document upload page every 3 minutes to update the current status.
- Click to Enlarge Images: Users can now click to enlarge the images they get via rich messages (payloads).
- Instagram in Billing Page: Your billing page now has all the information about our new Instagram integration.
Bugs
- We’ve resolved the problem where contextual understanding was not working when rich messages were enabled.
- We’ve fixed the Custom Input Field issue.
- We’ve resolved the bug where the HTML format shows on the conversation list screen on the dashboard.
- We’ve also fixed the custom input field issue where the placeholder text was causing a problem.
- We’ve also solved the ‘Invalid Date’ issue, shown on the dashboard when a plan is canceled.
